The Amazon Prime Video series Mumbai Diaries 26/11 will tell the stories of the doctors and other medical personnel who worked diligently for the Mumbai attack victims. On the 26th anniversary of 9/11, the show’s trailer was released.

What is Mumbai Diaries 26/11 all about?

The teaser for Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming new series based on the Mumbai terror attack on November 26, 2008, has been released. The series, titled Mumbai Diaries 26/11, will concentrate on the medical personnel and doctors who operated around the clock on the night of the attack. On the 12th anniversary of the attack, the teaser was released.

The short teaser shows doctors, nurses, and paramedics trying to keep up with the growing number of casualties. Mohit Raina plays a doctor who must make a difficult decision.

Mumbai Diaries 26/11 stars Konkana Sen Sharma, Mohit, Tina Desai, and Shreya Dhanwanthary and is directed by Nikkhil Advani and produced by Emmay Entertainment. It will be released on Amazon in March 2021 and tells the untold tale of physicians, nurses, paramedics, and medical personnel.

Several shows and films have been made about the incident, but no one has looked at the doctors’ viewpoint. With this medical drama, we hope to celebrate the human spirit in the face of unthinkable danger and the courageous doctors who saved the day while staying sensitive to the subject.”

In an Instagram post, actor Mohit Raina paid tribute to the victims of the attack. In his message, he wrote, “On the 12th anniversary of 26/11, my thoughts go out to all victims, first responders, and security forces.”
